Job Description 

  • Admission Specialist must welcome Visitors.
  • Communicate with parents on admission requirements, policies, procedures, and related issues.
  • Guide school applicants through the application and admission process.
  • Perform data entry of admission applications and general student information.
  • Maintain a database of student information, telephone logs and student feedbacks.
  • Compile a variety of information from both manual and computerized records.
  • Organize and maintain various departmental files and records.
  • Maintain knowledge of all programs and resources.
  • Distribute admission materials.
  • Provide clarifications to visitors’ queries in a professional manner.
  • Receive and evaluate transcripts, test score reports and other educational records.
  • Perform related or similar duties as required or assigned.   

Job Requirements 

  • Excellent computer proficiency (Ms office-Word, Excel and outlook).
  • Ability to communicate verbally and in writing clearly and concisely.
  • Ability to take care of the customers’ needs while following institutional procedures.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • To follow the school policies and procedures.
  • Meet staff members to work collaboratively.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English (Preferably bilingual English & French)
  • Attainment of University/College Degree – A must
  • Strong background in the educational/customer service field – preferable.
  • A hard worker that is capable of multitasking and dealing with work under pressure.
  • Effective administrative skills, including the ability to organize and prioritize own workload in order to meet tight deadlines, whilst maintaining a high degree of accuracy.
