Job Description 

  • Students Affairs must welcome Visitors.
  • Communicate with parents on Student affairs / Admission requirements, policies, procedures, and related issues.
  • Guide school applicants through the application and Student Affairs / admission process.
  • Perform data entry of Student Affairs / admission applications and general student information.
  • Maintain a database of student information, telephone logs and student feedbacks.
  • Compile a variety of information from both manual and computerized records.
  • Organize and maintain various departmental files and records.
  • Provide clarifications to visitors’ queries in a professional manner.
  • Receive and evaluate transcripts, test score reports and other educational records.
  • Perform related or similar duties as required or assigned.

Job Requirements 

  • Excellent computer proficiency (Word, Excel and Outlook).
  • Ability to communicate verbally and in writing clearly and concisely.
  • Ability to take care of the customers’ needs while following institutional procedures.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Detail oriented.
  • Very good at organizing the students’ papers and files.
